Cult War: Two Cultist Hacked To Death After Bullets ‘Refused To Penetrate His Body’


Report has it that two more persons have been killed due to the cult war at Imalete Alafia and Igbojiya communities in Ibeju-Lekki Local Government Area of Lagos State.
An occupant of Igbojiya, who talked on state of anonimity said a man named Focus, was murdered and ravaged by the group at about 10a.m yesterday at Igbojiya community. It was found out that Focus, said to be a member of Eiye confraternity, sat at a joint where a security man managing one of the houses sells cooked noodles, bread and egg.
"Focus evidently needed to have his morning meal, when the cult individuals surrounded him and shot him. "In any case, the bullets had no impact on him, so the  young men assaulted Focus with machetes and axes as he attempted to get away.
“He became weak, having received severe cuts on his skull, neck and several parts of the body. He died near a popular spot in the community,” the source narrated.
It was likewise discovered that the cultists had a couple of minutes earlier killed someone else in the neighboring Imalete Alafia town. Before the most recent cult killings, one individual was butchered in the same way on Saturday at Imalete Alafia.
The body of Focus has already be deposited in the mortuary by the police.
