Actress, Tonto Dikeh, shares her encounter with an online hair vendor

Actress Tonto Dikeh has shared her unpleasant experience with a hair vendor.  In a post on Instagram, the mum of one said she ordered hair, but what was delivered to her were three sponges,'' the hair vendor claimed to be hair.  She said the whole incident left her reeling in laughter instead of anger.
