The former Indiana teacher charged with sexually abusing multiple underage children while they wore "Scream" masks will have to stay without s3x. Held at Morgan County Jail in Martinsville, Indiana, Fortinberry has no opportunity for intimacy. Each morning, cell doors open, allowing her to mingle with other inmates or remain in her cell. A communal TV in the dayroom airs cable programming, with live basketball games being the most popular. Meals served three times a day are eaten alone in her cell, delivered via a slot in the door. The jails menu includes cereal, fruit, and pastries for breakfast; spaghetti, hot dogs, and pudding for lunch; and chicken patties, bologna sandwiches, and cake for dinner. So far, Fortinberry has avoided disciplinary issues, with no reports of misconduct filed against her. Fortinberry faces 29 felony charges, including child molestation, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and disseminating harmful material to minors. If convicted, she could spend decades in prison. Her attorney, Stephen Gray, stated, "Ms. Fortinberry has pled not guilty to the charges. I have no further comment."
