The Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA) has reacted to the trending video of entertainer Speed Darlington seemingly admits to having s3xual relations with a minor in a hotel. In a statement released on its X handle, the agency said the entertainer in his video did not mention where the s3xual act took place. The agency pointed out that its jurisdiction is just within Lagos, so it cannot take any action until the location has been established. It further stated that it has alerted the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) for it to take action. While the individual in question did not specify the location of the incident during the Instagram Live session, we must clarify that the DSVAs jurisdiction is limited to Lagos State.
