Olympic gold medal-winning wrestler and former NCAA champion, Kyle Snyder, has been arrested in a pr0stitut!on sting. The arrest reportedly took place last week after Snyder allegedly responded to a fake internet ad created by law enforcement to catch would-be Johns attempting to pay for sx. The 29-year-old Snyder allegedly set up a date with an undercover agent, arrived at the hotel 30 minutes later, and offered to pay cash for oral sx, according to Mail Online. He was then 'arrested for engaging in Pr0stitut!on by uniformed officers inside the hotel room,' officers told TMZ in a statement. Columbus Police Sergeant Joe Albert revealed the arrest to reporters on Monday, explaining that Snyder was among 16 men arrested as part of the sting. He is due back in court on May 19. Snyder was appointed to President Donald Trump's Council on Sports, Fitness & Nutrition in 2018 after winning gold at heavyweight during the 2016 Rio Games. He went on to win silver at the COVID-delayed 2020 Tokyo Games in the summer of 2021. Snyder is married to a former Syracuse soccer player, Maddie Pack, according to online reports.
