Social critic, Scott Iguma, has mocked the Ikate area of Lagos state after a heavy downpour in the state on Saturday, May 17, left the area with heaving flooding.  While driving past the area, Scott filmed a video showing dirty flooded water with many passersbys forced to walk in it. See New York.
