Elon Musk claims Donald Trump is mentioned in Epstein Files as both men fall out

Elon Musk and Donald Trump's "bromance" appears to have officially come to an end and both men are now slinging mud at each other. In new tweets, Elon Musk has claimed that the reason the US administration has not released the Epstein Files in full is because President Donald Trump is mentioned in them. "@realDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public," he said in a post on Thursday night, June 5, on X. He signed off his tweet with "Have a nice day, DJT!"  That is a reference to the Justice Department records concerning the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, who allegedly procured underage girls for sx for a string of famous names. The Tesla and SpaceX chief was a former close advisor of Trump and headed the newly-created Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) before his departure last week.  DOGE, a controversial department, was tasked with shrinking the government and saw thousands of federal jobs axed.   Since his departure, he has taken a swipe at Trump's tax-cut and spending bill, calling it a "disgusting abomination."  In a post on Truth Social on Thursday evening, Trump said he had asked Musk to leave the administration, saying he was "wearing thin" and accusing him of going CRAZY!
