A new lawsuit alleges Sean "Diddy" Combs engaged in disturbing s3xual misconduct, including m@sturbating into a shirt from the late Notorious B.I.G.s wardrobe, ejaculating on it, and then throwing the semen-covered garment onto another man. The accuser, identified as John Doe, claims the incident occurred around September 2020 during a listening session for a Biggie Smalls project. According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Diddy pressured him to take ketamine before leading the group to a Los Angeles warehouse where Biggies clothes were stored. The suit alleges Diddy provided drugs to those present, leading to a chaotic scene with people "tripping" and running around. The plaintiff says he ended up alone in a room with Diddy, who allegedly began watching porn on his phone. The suit claims Diddy then grabbed one of Biggies shirts, m@sturbated in front of the man, and told him to "finish" him off. Before the accuser could react, Diddy allegedly reached org@sm into the shirt, laughed, and threw it onto the mans lap and arm. The lawsuit states Diddy then said, "RIP Biggie," before leaving the room. The accuser also alleges a separate incident in 2005, claiming Diddy shoved his pen!s in his face and demanded, "suck it." The lawsuit accuses Diddy of s3xual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and other claims, seeking damages. Representatives for Diddy have not yet publicly responded to the allegations.
