Man confronted for shielding himself with umbrella while toddler walks in the rain

A viral video making the rounds online captured the moment a man was confronted by residents for walking with a toddler under the rainwhile only shielding himself with an umbrella. In the clip, the under-three-year-old child could be seen soaked, walking beside the man who held the umbrella solely over himself. When confronted by shocked residents, the man claimed he was training the child.
