The athlete wore a Fendi bikini that showcased her ample cleavage as she enjoyed a getaway to Belize with her NFL player husband, Jonathan Owens, 29.
The new snaps sparked surgery rumours with Dana Omari, who runs a popular plastic surgery-themed account on social media, among those reposting the image to her stories to offer her thoughts. Omari speculated that the sports star had work done on her breasts by penning, 'Simone Biles with the breast aug!! She looks incredible.' Biles has not yet publicly addressed the speculation.
Back in January, Simone was pictured with a smaller chest from her Sports Illustrated shoot.
During a past interview with Vogue, Biles opened up about her body image and dealing with past negative comments.
'They focused on my hair. They focused on how big my legs were,' the star told the outlet. 'But God made me this way, and I feel like if I didn't have these legs or these calves, I wouldn't be able to tumble as high as I can and have all of these moves named after me.'
