

Dele Momodu, publisher of Ovation magazine and a former presidential candidate, has taken a fresh swipe at Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, questioning his credentials and legacy in both public service and private enterprise. Speaking during an interview on Channels Television on Monday, July 7, Momodu dismissed Wikes professional background and contribution to national development, claiming the former Rivers State governor lacks any significant track record outside of politics. What has Wike ever done in his life? Momodu asked rhetorically. If he practiced the law he studied, he would have been a charge and bail lawyer. He contrasted Wikes profile with that of other political figures like former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and Labour Partys Peter Obi, whom he credited with entrepreneurial success and capacity building.
