Experts suggest that the "hung smile" is more fantasy than fact.Before this viral trend, other body parts such as hands, feet, and even shoes were the subjects of similar myths. However, Dr. Rena Malik, a sexual health surgeon, previously told a podcast that these extremities are not accurate indicators.Dr. Malik said that there is one body part that a study once correlated with male endowment: the nose. She cited a Japanese study that measured various body parts and penile length in Japanese men, which "found that nose length was correlated with penile length, not hand length or foot."  She did not confirm if further studies have since backed up a consistent nose-to-penis connection.
