Umuada stopped us from bringing our father's corpse into his compound because my sisters and I didn't serve them tea and bread - Ex-Miss Nigeria Ezinne Akudo says

Former Miss Nigeria, Ezinne Akudo, has recalled when the Umuada (daughters of the lineage) blocked the road and stopped them from bringing their father's corpse into his compound.  The 2013 beauty queen disclosed this on Wednesday while reacting to a video posted by an Instagram user, who criticised the Umuada over their entitlement mentality, unreasonable demands and delaying events.  According to Ezinne, the Umuada had blocked the road, insisting that she and her sisters must pay a fine for not coming out at 4:am. to serve them tea and bread, as tradition demands.
