Emmanuel Obasi, the ex-husband of Judy Austin-Yul Edochie, has revealed a warning message he sent to Yul Edochie back in 2022. At the time, Yul had just welcomed a baby with Judy and would go on to marry her after she left Obasi. It seems some things didn't quite go as Obasi had hoped, as he's been vocal about his grievances on social media.
This morning, Obasi shared a screenshot of the message he sent to Yul, in which he cautioned him against allowing a woman to "pull him down." According to Obasi, Yul ignored his warning and ultimately allowed himself to become "caged" in his relationship with Judy.
Sharing a rather poignant message, Obasi wrote, "This is the week of Brother Jesus, and I'm reminded of a story about Joseph of Arimathea, who helped Jesus carry the cross to Golgotha. Jesus blessed him for his kindness, but in my case, Judy took the cross from me, and I'm still grateful, even though I knew her third party interests were at play." Obasi went on to draw a comparison between his situation and Joseph's, highlighting the difference between selfless kindness and manipulation. He also made it clear that he's still dealing with feelings for Judy, which has kept him focused on her case.
