Dove Cameron and Damiano David were the ultimate fashion couple at the 2024 Met Gala on Monday night (May 6), as the duo walked the red carpet together.

The “Boyfriend” singer rocked a long sleeve, deconstructed Diesel floral gown with disconnected sleeves and a long train. She paired the long with long blonde waves and a clean makeup look with a bright red lip. The Maneskin frontman also wore Diesel, wearing a black suit with lace cut-outs throughout.

Cameron and David were first romantically linked back in September when she was spotted at his band’s Madison Square Garden concert. The duo were then seen kissing on Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia, according to photos published in Italian magazine Chi and shared on X (formerly Twitter). They made their red carpet debut in February at Clive Davis’s annual Pre-Grammy gala.

This year’s Met Gala exhibit theme, Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion, is set to feature 250 items from the Costume Institute’s permanent collection. The works will be displayed at New York City’s Metropolitan Museum of Art in new ways, including elements such as video animation, CGI, AI and more.

The dress code, meanwhile, is “The Garden of Time.” As Andrew Bolton, the head curator of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, told Vogue, “It is very much an ode to nature and the emotional poetics of fashion.”
