Singer. Cynthia Morgan responds to Peter Okoye over past support claims

Na me listen to una sha Cynthia Morgan responds to Peter Okoye over past support claimsNigerian singer Cynthia Morgan, also known as Madrina, has responded to the recent wave of reactions sparked by Peter Okoye of P-Square mentioning her in his online posts about his fallout with his elder brother and former manager, Jude Okoye. In a series of IG Story posts, Cynthia addressed Peter directly, saying: I have a mixed feeling about my name popping up like this. I am not a weak person. Certain family members made it look so... you @peterpsquare included... until you found out what they were doing to you too. Na me listen to una sha. She went on to suggest that Peter, who publicly supported her back in 2020 when she called out her former label boss Jude Okoye, had later confessed that his actions werent necessarily out of concern for her. In 2020 after my interview and those tweets from Peter, I went to him with my mum to thank him he categorically told me I cant fight his brother, that his brother is richer than me and that his stance online wasnt because he cared for me... he did it because he wanted to let the world know the reason for some of his actions and that his brothers were no good. She added that Peter revealed he only agreed to meet her because his wife insisted. This one meeting broke me and I moved on till they labeled me crazy. According to Cynthia, they reconnected again in 2023, and she confronted Peter about how he treated her during that 2020 meeting. He apologized. But she claims his recent mention of her name felt disparaging. I told him how he treated me in 2020 and he apologized only for me to wake up this morning again to see him using my name in a disparaging manner and that will not be tolerated. In another screenshot shared on her Instagram from 9th of May, Cynthia revealed a recent message exchange between both of them. It showed missed call from him, and messages from Peter asking to speak with her Peter's message read:Cynthia send me your number its beyond that. Need to speak with you asap. She responded:Hope no problem? The posts have reignited conversations around artist-label disputes and the strained relationships within the Okoye family. Cynthia ended one of her IG stories with: Jude wickedness don reach everybody now. God no dey sleep. View post below..Na me listen to una sha Cynthia Morgan responds to Peter Okoye over past support claimsNa me listen to una sha Cynthia Morgan responds to Peter Okoye over past support claimsNa me listen to una sha Cynthia Morgan responds to Peter Okoye over past support claimsNa me listen to una sha Cynthia Morgan responds to Peter Okoye over past support claimsNa me listen to una sha Cynthia Morgan responds to Peter Okoye over past support claimsNa me listen to una sha Cynthia Morgan responds to Peter Okoye over past support claims
