Hollywood actor Spencer Lofranco, star of Jamesy Boy and Gotti, dies at 33Hollywood actor Spencer Lofranco, known for his roles in Jamesy Boy, Gotti, and Unbroken, has died at the age of 33. Authorities in British Columbia, Canada, are currently investigating his death, and the cause has not been confirmed. Lofrancos brother, Santino Lofranco, announced the heartbreaking news on Instagram, writing: My brother You lived a life only some could dream of. You changed peoples lives, and now you are with God. I will always love you and miss you Bear. RIP. October 18, 1992 November 18, 2025. Spencer, born in Toronto to lawyer Rocco Rocky Lofranco and opera singer Amy Lofranco, trained at the New York Film Academy before landing his breakout role in Jamesy Boy. Over the years, he appeared in films including At Middleton (2013), Unbroken (2014), Home (2015), and Dixieland (2015), which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. Away from the screen, Lofranco faced personal challenges. In 2013, he was convicted of misdemeanor hit-and-run after cyclist Camille Banham was injured in an accident involving his SUV. He completed 50 days of community service. By 2018, reports suggested he had chosen a quieter life, living by the beach and selling his artwork.
