Nigerian man who groomed and abus3d seven boys aged as young as 12 by offering cash for sick videos on Snapchat is jailed in UK

Barthimaus Ehiemere, a 25-year-old man, has been jailed for 18 years after grooming and @busing seven boys aged between 12 and 16 through Snapchat and other social media platforms. He posed as a wealthy trombonist with a camel business in Dubai to lure victims, offering money in exchange for explicit images and videos. Ehiemere shared posts online with captions such as Ages 12-16, gay, lets be friends and Paying for nudes. He lavished a 16-year-old boy with cash before @busing him and r@ped two 12-year-old boys. In one case, he recorded himself committing r@pe in a park and cinema toilet and circulated the footage among other victims.  Snaresbrook Crown Court heard that Ehiemere admitted 32 offences, including r@pe of a child under 13 and breaching a s3xual harm prevention order. He was previously subject to restrictions after being caught with indecent images of children but circumvented them using special browsers. Prosecutors revealed he searched for terms such as young boy r@pe review and described r@ping a 12-year-old boy as the best s3x ever. Victims testified that Ehiemere pressured them into sending indecent material, often with promises of gifts and money. One victim said: Subconsciously I knew something was wrong. I started to feel more and more used I finally broke down and told my parents. It took me a long time to realise I was a child and realised it wasnt my fault. Another said he now views the world as inherently unsafe.  The court also heard that Ehiemeres younger brother, Richard, was linked to CVLT, a neo-Nazi paedophile cult that exploited young girls online. Richard received a suspended sentence earlier this year, while Barthimaus was found with 1,600 indecent images, half in Category A, the most severe, depicting penetrative @buse.  Detective Constable Lindsey Luscombe of the Mets Online Child Sexual @buse and Exploitation team praised the bravery of survivors: Ehiemere is one of the most prolific and depraved s3xual predators we have seen in recent years. He groomed his victims online, demonstrating a dangerous pattern of offending.  Police have launched an appeal for further victims, urging anyone targeted by Ehiemere through Snapchat or Spotafriend to contact authorities quoting Operation Teigar.
