Rivers state governor, Sim Fubara, says he is now the leader of the APC in his state.  Recall that the governor defected from the PDP to the APC on Wednesday, December 10. While speaking at the flagoff of a project in the state earlier today, Governor Fubara says he has formally registered with the APC and that his card number reads 001'' implying he is now the leader of the party in the state.I am not just a member of APC, I am the number 1.
