Embattled Delta businessman urges police to investigate his security guard after CCTV captured him "tampering with pots containing foods" years after he suffered "poisoning"

A Delta businessman, Mr Emmanuel Mouka (pictured above), has petitioned the Inspector General of police to investigate his security guard over fears of a conspiracy spanning from attacks in 2022 where similar incidents occurred which he reported to the police but was instead detained. Mr Mouka, who lives in Delta State, stated in the petition written by his solicitors, Hon.Peter Mrakpor SAN, the honorable former Attorney General of Delta State, that he installed security cameras to ensure the security of lives and properties within his premises in Otite, Sapele, Delta State. He added that he also employed a security personnel from a security company. He explained that he did these due to his experience at his previous property, where his residence, also in Delta State, was attacked multiple times by unknown assailants and his kitchen invaded in 2022. He said he nearly lost his life to food poisoning following one incident as "foods and drinks in his kitchen were poisoned by the unknown invaders" (read here). The attacks at his previous property made him relocate to his current place at No. 1 Alex Close in Otite. However, he claims recent footage from the CCTV he installed showed that between 27th to 30th August 2025, his security guard, Jonathan Ombebe, had broken into his kitchen, having access to foodstuffs  and his pots containing foods. Mr Mouka said his security guard's action raises grave suspicion of possible conspiracy and he called on the police to investigate to see if his security guard is part of a syndicate or if there is a correlation between his acts and the activities of the unknown assailants, who had previously carried out coordinated attacks against him at his previous residence. He is also calling on the family of Happy Uboh who gained access to his premises on April 19, 2022, after telling him that he was sick via SMS to review the CCTV footage of the kind of attacks he was experiencing that made him go to the police station to report after finding Happy Uboh inside his gated premises. He says it is unfair and wrong for him to be accused while still facing such attacks after the accusation against him.Read the full petition to the police below. Read the full petition to the police below. .com">Linda Ikeji Blog.
