A trending video showing the moment a freshman and a Deputy Vice Chancellor at the Rivers state University had a serious confrontation inside a classroom, has made the rounds on social media. According to reports, the confrontation which happened in the Engineering Department started after the fresher reportedly arrived late to class. The lecturer was angry at the student for having the audacity to walk into his class late without seeking permission. Shut up when I am talking. Who gave you the audacity to enter here? Are you mad? The student who looked perplexed responded No I am not''Then why did you come in here? Did you take permission form me? That is how you people go about indoctrinating children''The student muffled something and the lecturer shouted Shut up! when I say shut up, you shut up'' The student appeared upset at the lecturer for confronting him and attempted to walk away. The aggrieved lecturer pulled him back in anger.Don't hold my shirt! I am respecting you'' the student said The lecturer immediately called in the security to take hold of the student. It was not stated how the matter was resolved.
