
A 36-year-old woman has been charged with the murdr of her 70-year-old mother after they both disappeared for several months earlier this year. Lorna Nightingale was found de@d at an address in Blackhorse Road, Walthamstow, north east London on December 11. Her daughter Emma Nightingale has since been arrested and charged with her murdr. Lorna was reported missing after last being seen in Lowestoft in February, while Emma was also reported missing after vanishing from Colchester in June. Police in Suffolk launched an extensive search for the pair on August 24 and they were both found "safe and well" on September 30. Last week emergency services well called to the Walthamstow address following reports that a woman was unreposponsive.Lorna was pronouned de@d at the scene, but it is understood she could have did anytime after November 1. Emma, whose address was given in court as Blackhorse Road, Walthamstow, was remanded into custody before appearing at Thames Magistrates Court on December 13. She is due to appear in court again at the Old Bailey in London on January 9.
