No formal court filing has been confirmed as of the time of this report. The reported development has also revived public scrutiny of the periods during which both former governors held office. During those administrations, it was alleged that Abia State faced documented infrastructural deficits, including deteriorating road networks and reported delays in the payment of public-sector salaries, in some cases spanning up to 8 months.
