A young girl from Kebbi State has been reunited with her family in Minna, Niger State, after a harrowing ordeal. According to the Niger State Police Command, the minor was abducted while hawking in Kebbi State by unknown individuals. The Police Public Relations Officer, Wasiu Abiodun, announced the development in a statement released on Monday, March 30, 2026.
The girl was found in Minna on Saturday, March 28, around the Obasanjo Complex area. When questioned by police, she revealed that she had been taken from Warra in Kebbi State while selling goods on the street. Unfortunately, the people responsible for her abduction remain unidentified. The police are currently working to locate her relatives and are asking anyone with information to come forward.
