The disturbing footage, shared with LIB, depicts the SUG President lying on the ground as a group of men, allegedly from the vigilante group, pounce on him.
According to an SOS message sent to all students, the President was attacked for fighting for students' rights, a cause that has now sparked a massive outcry from the student body. The message reads, "Unizik no go gree on this one," a rallying cry that has become a mantra for the protesting students.
The incident, which occurred around 2 pm on March 25, has been met with widespread condemnation and outrage.
