A 60-year-old high school teacher has been arrested for allegedly slapping the buttocks of a 16-year-old male student. Kiho Kim, an instructor at a school on East 151st Street in the South Bronx, was busted on Monday afternoon for touching the behind of the teen student, the NYPD and sources said. Kim taught at the Bronx Design and Construction Academy, according to News12. His name is currently listed on the faculty roster of the technical education public school.
